PDFToolBox - MetaData handling
A PDF document can contain meta data about it's title, subject, creation and modification date, producer and so on.
You cannot change the producer metadata, the creation date and the modified date. These are handled automaticaly.
Select the input document with the "Select input PDF file" button. This will be the PDF file you will take as base.
You can see the current metadata in the list after you open the file.
When you would like to change a specific metadata, double-click on the key part of the metadata.
A window opens and you can enter the new value.
Select the result file with the "Select output PDF file" button.
Use the "Save as WWF" checkbox if you would like to save the result document in WWF format.
You can create the new PDF document with the new metadata by pressing the "Go" button.
If the program finds that the PDF file is password protected, it will ask for the password and can not attach files until the password is provided.
Please be aware that the new file won't be password protected!
This function is available in every program!
